7.Read the FORUM and try to answer whatever you know.
8.Keep a regular communication with your A2A memmbers,that will give u a very good idea of SFI.
9.Make target of small goals and try to achive it.
10.Encorage your team members and try to make them EA.This will give you a moral income.
