I have been using safelists and Text Ad Exchanges for many years with wonderful results, and as you will have to do a double opt in when joining these lists, you will not be spamming. A very easy way of finding the top safelists and TEA's is by going to Google and typing in "TOP SAFELISTS" or "TOP TEXT AD EXCHANGES." I have about 500 I use to market to and that way I reach about 5K people in a day. Very effective.
