Make yourself available to answer any questions that they may have.
Your business team have to feel comfortable with the business and you as well. Don't hound them but just simply make suggestions on the business. Let them know that this is a real business and that it's not a get rich quick scheme/fly by night attraction or they will fall to the waste sides. Be their teacher, show them what to do, how to promote their business but don't do the work for them. Hopefully they will come around.
Explain TripleClicks and Wave3. I've found out from my own experiences with both programs, that to stay interested in the business, you have to have a lil fun and enjoy the business as well. The games, auctions, ect are great ways to keep busy while working. Keeps you from becoming bored.
