As an SFI member you can't expect immediate financial results. This is what previously active users where probably looking for.
Encourage your team to complete the daily tasks and enter as many hourly drawings and free Trivia's they can. Often people can't or don't want to purchase any T-credits.
May be check where your team members are coming from and provide a translation of your weekly/daily team mails to show
you care and try to communicate even if English is not their preferred language.
Thanks to some great web translation tools out there we can communicate with people around the world which is also another great benefit of SFI. Keep your communication simple and clear so it is understandable for non-english natives like me and for the many translation helps that are being used :)
