First one must take care that the affiliate understands that depending on their approach to the SFI business model, there will be a need for positive reinforcement geared towards a further need to communicate this idea to all affiliates within their immediate networks. This is not a fixed income situation we faced with here, like that of the employee/subordinate setting. Instead we are looking at a variable income situation, and we must treat it as such.
Maintaining ownership of your personal achievements has a lot to do with personal empowerment in a number of ways. The same can be said about a division of a corporation, it is part of the corporation, but operating not as a subordinate of the main branch. So in short, the solution is to make the affiliate feel that they are divisions of SFI, and not a subordinate of the per-say, organization. With this we are talking decentralization. With this idea spawns the idea of generating more engagement with customers, and elevated levels of creativity. Again, in all, it is an act of positive reinforcement.
