I think it is safer to say how do we influence affiliates to consider being a potential business owner.
I do believe that it is only YOU who can change yourself. But outside the self, people around you can influence you on making decisions.
IF the affiliate member is an employee, I don't see a problem in that being in SFI. SFI affiliation is an add on opportunity for everyone. So if there is security in employment, being an SFI affiliate as well is an edge as you are also given the opportunity to earn on top of your current salary.
However, if the blessings being in SFI has proved that it can provide more than the salary when more time is placed into the SFI world, then the affiliate will definitely shift from having "employee mentality" to "business owner mentality" at his or her own volition and discernment.
Being employed is a secured way of earning something but being in a business is taking risks but can definitely create way more earnings, possibilities and opportunities for you.
