When people ask me "How does SFI work" I mostly tell them:
"For me it works GREAT.
The complete concept of SFI is to big for me to explain in just a short conversation.
The MOST IMPORTANT thing you can do is just log in every day. Every day for the first 30 days SFI sends you a short "training" that you should read and put into practice.
When you do that you will already have a business up and growing within 30 days.
When you run into any problems or if you ever have questions please do not hesitate to contact me at .... and .... or .... (the more ways to contact you the better it is)"
After saying that I explain them about the To-Do list, VP Ledger, Launchpad and so on..
Also I use messengers often just to "chatter" with the PSAs and/or CSAs just to let them know I am online for help with ANYTHING ! Not just work-related but with every question they have.
This works quite well for me..
