When active people leave SFI Business, it means they somehow concluded it's not for them.
Most of our Team members (Affiliates) are, generally introduced by us into SFI Business.
While introducing them we know the back ground, attitude, commitment level to business, etc. When such people became active for some time and then suddenly decide to leave, certainly it will be discouraging.
However, we can still speak to them to understand as to why they opt out.
In most of these cases, it is observed that in the first month it was easy for them to gather 1500 Versa Points within a short period of time to become an Executive Affiliate.
But to retain that position in the following months, many affiliates find it difficult since it involves gathering 1500 points every month. For that, they have to either place a standing order by spending money or develop their own team comprising of PSAs etc.
When the team development doesn't take place & if they are forced to spend money without seeing any income soon, they tend to lose interest and decide to quit just like that thinking enough is enough.
It is here that as Sponsors, we need to stay in touch with them regularly, motivate them through Gift Cards, Transfer of TCredits, etc & try to retain them.
We should show them the gains and recognition we achieved through SFI Business We should explain to them the vast opportunities available by becoming a BTL and continuing with the business for a longer period.
In short, our success is the tangible proof for them to stick on to SFI Business & grow.
When we continue to do this, people will definitely remain within our Team & SFI Business.
