This is an interesting question. I will like to let you know that people have to leave the point experimenting with SFI to wanting to make income from SFI. You can get your team members to this point of wanting to attain financial freedom by doing the following: 1. Know their need by checking their Vpledger. 2. Meet the need by teaching them what to do in that regards. 3. Identify workers in your team that are having difficulty in sponsoring PSAs and reassign some of your PSAs to them to encourage them build their own team. 4. Fire begat fire. Keep the vision alive. Be on the firing line and Lead by example. 5. Communication should be a two way thing. Learn to ask questions and wait for responses during your weekly messaging. Hope this help.
