Sadly,while that's good for us-it's not always for their benefit.
The reason,in general,people quit is that they fail to earn money even though they are investing time,money and effort.
Your affiliates will stay when they start to earn more than they are spending.If you want them to stay you have to help them earn.
So,my suggestion would be:
1. learn your working members to generate TripleClicks sales before you even mention Standing Order
2. Invest at least 20% of your SFI/TC earningr into helping your downline.
3. Buy several units of S-Builder and start a co-op with your downline
4. When you target new members,try targeting mature people who will understand this business.
5. Learn them how to duplicate your work. Create a file with all things,sources,websites,tactics you use and give it to your downline to duplicate.
Too often here we focuse on "be" rather than "do" and give advice rather than instruction.Some of us can afford this venture-and some can't. Make sure you accept everyone's situation and show respect for it. Too often we motivate people to go beyond what they can and stretch too far to chase the dream,and that backfires.
