A year ago, approximately, I've won on one of the auction at Triple Clicks, Custom Prestige Domain. So, mostly I use the possibilities that this service provides.
However, since it often happens that our SFI links are being blocked for various reasons, I use all possible ways, which I was advised by those who knows more about this. I was advised, among other things, to make a blog or website, and within a blog, I put my SFI link, and use the link to the blog, in advertising.
