what ever you choose you are not wrong
it is good to use auto-bidder when you have a lot of TC and then you dont need to pay maximum atention on auctions
but if you are new in this job and that are your first auctions it is better not to use it because on that way you will see how strong are your oponennts,and how big are your chanses to win
