Unfortunately, once a Gift Card is sent out, it is the prerogative of the receiver to use it or not.
Most of the Cards are given to strangers, some of whom do not want to give you their contact, so there is no way of following up.
For those whose contact you have, eg family or a prospective ECA, you could send them a reminder that the Card is still outstanding. Give them the advantages of using the card -they officially become TripleClicks Members and the six TCredits and 100 MRP (Member Rewards Points) that the card entitles them to are available for their immediate use. The 6 TCredits could be used for listing items they may wish to sell as PRMs, auction or games where they would win more TCredits!!!
