Ensuring that the issued cards are used is very much much important as isuing them. What exactly I do to ensure them is
- At the time of issuing a Gift Card, you must note down some of the contact details like Email or Phone number of the member. So that you can contact them and remind when necessary.
- Just after issuing a gift card you can wait for a day if it is used. If it is not you can give a call to person and tell them about some of the offers available (deal of the day, hot deals, close outs) at the moment where he/she can use the give card.
- Then you can just hold and wait if he/she has used it for a week. If it is still not done, you can give them a call and tell them about some amazing closeouts which will be expired if he/she makes late.
- If you still not redeemed, you can follow them up occasionaly in 15 days and I am sure they will redeem it withing 2-3 follows as no one in this world hates getting a gift.
