They need to understand that having an online business takes effort. There is no light switch you can just flick on and have instant success. What I strive on telling my new affiliates is mostly motivational. I constantly tell them to have Energy and the Will To Succeed. Keep in contact with them daily, with motivational words, keep reminding them to login daily to get their VersaPoints, keep telling them to look over all the training, send them links to free advertising sites. Thats the best answer I can come up with.
