Offering incentives is a great way to keep your downline motivated.
Some of the ways you can motivate your team is by them reaching certain milestones, i.e. EA2, gaining PSA's or ECA's)
1. Offer to reassign them PSA's from their country
2. Offer them TCredits for bidding on auctions and participating in TC games
3. Wave 3 is an inexpensive way to reward them and also gains TC more recognition world-wide which benefits all
4. Add them to your co-op, if you don't have one yourself you can buy one at TC - with PSA's to go or from other ECA's
Incentives are a great motivator, but teaching is the best thing you can give your affiliates. You don't want them to rely solely on you.
