I have to admit, logging in every day is a very abstract idea for a new affiliate.
We need to consider that they will need at least 15 days before they fully understand the concept of SFI. But, the tick is to explain why is it important to THEM? What do THEY get out of logging in every day?
These are the things I do to motivate daily logging in and promote overall devotion to affiliates:
1. YOUR LEADERSHIP PAGE. Make sure you write in your blog and best tip the importance of logging in every day. Also include similar content in your e-mails and when you chat with your affiliates.
"You started a job like no other. But, as it stands for any job- you need to COME TO WORK EVERY DAY. You started your own business, and no business can grow if you are not HERE to grow it, right?
As you would have to show up at work every day and perform certain duties- the same thing stands for your SFI private business!
How you perform daily tasks in SFI?
Log in your Affiliate Center every day and visit RED TABS. Click the blue button at the bottom of the page to claim your VP. This takes no longer than 5 MINUTES every day and it will give you:
- Your place in E365 Competition with the chance to win valuable prizes! (list the prizes)
- An entry in DAILY GRAND DRAWING, where affiliates have the chance to win valuable prizes..EVERY DAY! (list the prizes)
-VP score for the month, which will make you eligible to achieve Executive Affiliate rank. As Executive affiliate, you will get free T-credits every month and free Co-sponsored affiliates- from who's work you will be earning!"
This should be standing on your Blog and as the Best tip.
2. REASONS- well, why would they do it and how to put that in their beginner language?
- E365 COMPETITION- more often than not awarding beginners, and in their first month is very easy to stay above the green line.
-DAILY GRAND DRAWING- they only need to invest 5 minutes to visit their red tabs and they are eligible to enter DAILY GRAND and also win valuable prizes.
-Action VP and EA status. Well, this one is a bit far off newbie's understanding. That's why, as far as new affiliates are concerned, you should leave this one last.
Off course, the ambitious ones among them will care, but most of them won't until 15th day or so, but by that time they may have already lost a lot...
But, at the end of the day, we are not the ones controlling our affiliate's work, and indeed, there is not much we can do to motivate them to work if they are not motivated themselves.
You should give them your best effort and support, but if that's not enough- work with the workers!
