In my opinion,the best way to encourage new affiliates of the importance of everyday activities is to show them by your on example. If you are a hard worker they should be motivated to be like you,because you are showing them that it is possible,that you are not a fraud,that this is a real job,a real opportunity to earn and learn while you are doing it. When they are *down* you can send them motivation letters and word of support;)
