You do not state what your routine and approach have been! However there are a few things I would suggest.
Do the entire to-do checklist everyday without fail.
Play the free games to gain MRP and get a strong sense of purpose.
Do everything you can to learn the SFI methods and rules for success. Read the tips news and Forum daily!
Start looking at your marketing and start getting the message out there in person and on line.
Contact each of your PSA's and CSA's ...if you have any and get to know them. What makes them tick? Why did they join? Why did they stop working? What is the goal that made them look at SFI? What are they doing now?
Look at what you do each day and ask how you can be more efficient!
Find a way to gain EA status and keep it for a whole year! ... or move up!
Work on your motivational and leadership skills .
Contact all of your team and let them know whenever you reach a milestone or earn a new badge. Show them how to accomplish each task!
By now you get the idea and if you have been doing each and everyone of these things keep going but look at what you are saying and how you are saying it!
