Dear SFI colleague,
before you do anything remember what encouraged you to join SFI! And remember that there is no magic wand, people are simple and expect more/less same things: success, dissent living, more time for themselves, family and friends, want to feel safe and to have certain future. Fulfill these expectations and soon you`ll have your team.
Be a sponsor they can relay on, offer them help and guidance 24/7, tell them how many people across the world believe in SFI. Do not offer success, offer them an opportunity, tell them it is equal chance for everyone, encourage them to try, it`s free anyway. Give them your own example, be honest and avoid words: fast, easy, instant... etc. because no one really believe in miracles.
Show them income index and 5+5+5 plan. Communicate daily, use SFI forum and Ask section to become their guide to better future.
