With that, you will become EA on the first day of the following month.

A purchase of a tcredit= 102 VP
From all free VPs you'll get from your daily, weekly and monthly tasks is not enough to qualify you as EA, you can then just buy single packs of tcredits to meet the 1500 VP requirement.
