The road to PTL comprises building a team of EA2 and Team Leaders.
Team Leaders should focus on recruiting affiliates and teaching them to become EAs and Team Leaders themselves.
As long as you are an EA2 you can earn:
100VP for each of your PSAs each month who are at least an EA2
150VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a BTL
200VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a STL
250VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a GTL
300VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a PTL
If you can consistently maintain a pool of at least 40 EA2s each month, some of whom will become team leaders then your PTL rank will be a long term one.
It all boils down to sponsoring, training and duplication.
