Every beginner has this innocent fire when they start something new without understanding too much about the opportunity they are involves with. Soon they knew too much and just give up without trying.
In order not to waste precious time, your new and anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates must be shown the big picture and then make known to them that it will takes time to develop a successful business.
Those who leave are obviously not the category of affiliates you want, instead focus on the few who stays and continue to learn. Soon you will have an Alpha or Leader who will become strong and sustain your organization structure. Work with him/her by providing maximum support to their undertakings.
As for those who left, continue to communicate with them through the internal messaging system and hopefully there will comes a time when they can really see that BIG PICTURE!
