As a Team Leader, if you are to convince your new affiliates to log in everyday, you must be doing that yourself in the first place as their example. As soon as you received your new PSAs don’t waste time in sending them your welcome message. By doing this, you’re giving them that very important first impression and start building relationship on their first day.
What you should be doing to encourage them to log in to their SFI homepage everyday:
- You should start directing them on their first day to focus on SFI BASICS and Launchpad. Let them know that the two sections are very important to understand, which formed the concept of SFI.
- Emphasize to them that logging in daily, performing the To-Do List and taking a topic to learn from SFI Tools and Resources one at a time are good habits to become successful.
- Send them messages consistently and always be ready to respond to their inquiries. As a good practice, send them your tips and advice/recommendations once or twice a week depending on the priority of your message.
- Identify the common challenges of your new affiliates as they embark in venturing SFI and make a list with corresponding solutions using SFI Tools and Resources. You can also share your experience if applicable.
- Organize a contest such as top VP earners, sponsoring affiliates, become EA and so on. Depending on your budget, you can offer TCredits or Gift Certificates and always include your Leadership page in your correspondence.
- Monitor their activities using Genealogy. Here you’ll find out if they need assistance in doing their Getting Started actions and offer your help.
- Send them messages of motivation through the Stream Posts or Genealogy and encourage them to become active members of the SFI community by participating in the SFI Forum.
