Of the various Platinum Team Leaders and other team leaders that i have come across and talked to, I could make out that the following has been done by them to attain the same.
1) Team Building: They have worked hard in building a team which has bolstered their business. More and more affliates in the team have ensured that they are constantly expanding business and increasing their income.
2) Daily Login and cultivating the same in their downline: This has been attributed as one of the most important attribute as it ensures daily participation as is done by even the smallest vendor.
3) Tripleclicks sales: Since its our own shop, we should be trying to sell our commodities to expand our business.
4) Being an awesome sponsor: We need to make the info that is available to us in SFI to our subordinates. This helps in team building.
5) Regular contact with the downline: After the team is ready, we do need to train them effectively and that can only be done if we are constantly in contact with them, since many lose hope and inspiration in case they find it difficult to sustain.
Many other strategies can be collected from successful leaders. After all we can keep learning all our life.
