Although I am not a Platinum Team Leader yet, here's what I think is the best strategy for becoming one.
Begin by completing all your daily tasks on your To-Do List and gaining as many VP as possible, both from Action VP and Sales VP. The Launch Pad Lessons are a good way to start. Complete as many tasks on your VP Ledger as possible.
Sponsor affiliates. Sponsor ECAs, if possible.
Teach your affiliates to do what you are doing, that is, to duplicate. Teach them to use the tools already provided. You may want to place affiliates in your co-ops you have created. Place the ones who are working, both Personally Sponsored affiliates (PSAs) and Co-sponsored Affiliates (CSAs). Remember, all these affiliates will help to bring in income to you as they work hard in the business. In fact, you should also communicate with your entire team regularly and help everyone to duplicate, along with your team members you have sponsored.
As you progress, you will see that affiliates in your team who are the movers are the key to moving to Platinum Team Leader. You want your team members to reach that goal as well. Remember that you can reassign affiliates who are movers in your first generation to other hard workers and leverage your team and its performance. The key here is to have at least 5 EAs and have other Team Leaders in your first generation to build a solid framework.
The one thing you do not want to do is to rush into becoming a Platinum Team Leader or any other level without a good team. If you do rush into this, you won't have a strong team for support and you will lose your status. You want to, "load your wagon," as they say, and keep loading it. Remember that too many people want to do nothing or are not really committed and fall off. This is why advertising is so important in the entire SFI/TripleClicks framework.
