First ask your new affiliates if they are with you to build a business or just because they felt like it at the time.
Providing they are with you to build a business then explain to them what SFI is and how it works.

This should lead to the ways of earning VersaPoints and the need for them. If they want to be able to convince their downline of things that need to be done they need to be doing them. Duplication is the name of the game. You follow your upline and your downline follow you.
