When you say anxious that means that you are nervous or ager to do something as fast as you can,in this case or that is mental state when you are not calm.
However i think that 'anxious" is not the right word for the people who i want two have in my team!
That kind of people want to achive success in a small period of time and this job
requires constant work on computer,communication with your own team!
You need to tell them that this job envolves a lot sacrifice.
Especially if someone of them don't have a money to buy a Standing Order so insted they will have to spend a lot of time playing games "T-time and Knockout Trivia" to collect all TCredits so they could achive preffered status!
