Have you tried buying affiliates for $1 each from an ECA. Some of my best came from there.
You only need 10 good ones, and then help them develop.
Also many companies sell hits....pick a good recommended one by asking some a2a friends in your area which one they suggest.
I have found 2 hit sellers who have produced affiliates for under 50 cents.
Also have used 2 selling affiliates for $1 with great success.
If you are building a business, investing $20 a month can get you 20 or more affiliates every single month, and you start developing some and give your new downline some. Focus on that route and success shall come.
