Just tell them. Make it very clear.
You could say something like:
"This is NOT a get rich quick scheme. You can earn a good income, and even get rich, with SFI, but it won't happen overnight. It will take months, and maybe even years, of consistent and regular effort before you start to see significant results.
"But the good news is, you don't have to spend a lot of money, or even a lot of time, on growing your SFI business. As long as you spend around 30 minutes a day doing your daily, weekly and monthly tasks, run some advertising, and communicate regularly with your team, your business will steadily grow."
You will lose some this way, because they will head straight off to look for something that does promise instant riches, but you would have lost those anyway, once they realised SFI isn't an instant ticket to wealth. By being honest with people right from the start, you save wasting your time and theirs on a business that isn't what they're looking for right now.
And those who are ready to commit time and effort will know right away what they have to do, so they can get on and start doing it.
