Great job I should say that you are a year old in SFI! I am also on SFI for a year and I have both seen and understood a bit more how SFI works.
There can come dissappointments time to time when we dont see money coming into our account although it feels like we have done alot with our duties on TO DO LIST.
My own answer to this situation is that" when we found SFI and took on the free trainings and all the materials given to us to use, we beleived that the job we do will benefit us BUT a year passed and we still are not making much.
I understand your feelings as I too had them BUT I have learned that our success comes when our team works well with us and if they dont do well than we dont see the money, BUT do not lose heart-- YOU WILL find the right PSA/CSA coming your way as you win them on Pricebenders or buy them on TClicks OR getting them on your own ways and contacts.
Keep on logging in daily and doing your own TO DO LIST, sometimes when we feel down is the time someone will log in and check on how things are going and you get chance to lead them and help them again.
Nothing you do is wasted so keep that in mind and Move on with SFI, your day will come where you will see your bank balance improving.
Two of my unmovers( PSAs) just returned after being away for months....HAVE HOPE AND SHOW THEM YOU ARE AROUND WHEN YOUR PSA7CSA returns.
