You could do any number of things:
1. Point them to the successful affiliates-they have some things in common- one of them, a badge for Daily Versapoints Streak with an impressive number. Lesson: It is a recipe for success.
2. Refer them to your Versapoints Streak Badge: Lesson: Your are leading by example. It is a recipe for your success.
3. Do the math for them. 30 x 11 330 VPs just to do the daily actions, 30 x 4 for group mailer, 5 x 4 for TConnect, 3 x 4 for Stream Post. That's 120 + 20 + 12. There is an extra 15 points for setting goals and rating your Sponsor. Total 497 VPs and that's the minimum as some months carry 31 days and sometimes you can actually end up getting an extra 38 points if there are 5 weeks in the month. SFI has also just added a daily Survey so they can pick up an extra 30 AVP.
4. Set up a contest and promote the contest among your team members for logging in every day. You could reward them with TCredits, participation in a co-op, sponsorship of Wave3 membership, etc.
Do what you can to motivate them but in the end they have to show a desire to want to build their business. If you have done everything and they don't budge or they quit, cheer up, move on, go find the next affiliate who might just be a worker.
