A year're obviously in something sinned. Does the choice of collaborators? Does the way you explained to them the job?
Did you beautifying their job in the beginning, and were later disappointed?
No matter what, you have to start from scratch.
My advice, do not do it.
Seeking support from sponsors, and be more in contact with him or with someone from your sponsorship line.
