To become a Platinum Team Leader you should focus on building your SFI team.
You can achieve PTL easily if you have at least 30 active EA2s(your own PSA) in your team.
For each EA2 you earn 100 action VP. Total 3000 VP
Min. 6000 VP requirement for PTL.
Only max. 2000 VP from purchase/sales VP are counted towards TL ranking.
Let’s calculate the Action VP in the To-Do List and see how much Action VP is needed to achieve PTL each month.
DAILY ACTIONS VP => 330 VP
WEEKLY ACTIONS VP => 152 VP
MONTHLY ACTIONS VP => 115 VP
Now you have earned total 597 Action VP for the whole month and every month for doing all the actions.
Max. 2000 VP from your purchases + 597 + 3000 Action VP = 5597 VP.
Min. 6000 VP(PTL requirement) - 5597 = lack 403 Action VP.
The final lack of 403 Action VP can be earn from a combination of:
1) Using TCredits to bid in auctions(under DAILY ACTIONS section in To-Do List). =>earn 1 bonus action VP per each Pricebenders Auction bid (maximum 500 action VP per month), and/or to enter Eager Zebra game (maximum 200 AVP per month).
2) Distribute TripleClicks Gift Cards(under MISCELLANEOUS section in To-Do List). =>earn 10 action VP per card(maximum 300 action VP per month).
