There is not specific strategy to become a Platinum Team Leader (PTL). All you need is to build your downline, make sure you keep in touch with them, offer your help when needed, and advice them how to make their own status (EA2, BTL, STL, etc.) every month. That's how you'll make enough Action VPs (which are the most common problem to collect, to qualify as PTL).
