Follow three golden rule.
1. Become EA everymonth.
2. Recruit 5 EA.
3. Duplicate the same in team.
Just focus on 100% Duplication for recruiting EAs,BTL or STL.
And off course you will have to give standing order of Min. 1500VP.
Best option is 125 TCredit as SO.
If you are able to implement three Golden rule for 6 months consecutively, you will become PTL after 7 months automatically.
