1. Physical - standard plastic card
This can be given to friends and family members, as free samples, in Person.
In fact this seems to be one of the best and most proven methods for gaining new customers in marketing history!
The advantage of giving this in person is that we can interact better with the people, having an opportunity to understand the situation, attitude, interest in business, family support, etc, etc.
Once we understand these, on handing over of the gift card I think the chances of getting people as affiliates are brighter.
2. Digital format
This can be best used when we want to gift someone residing not close by and situation warrants it to be sent by mail.
Weighing the pros and cons, I conclude that distributing T C gift cards in person will be more effective.
