When we love something, however hard it is to pursue, we will try and do to that.
When we set a goal and want to achieve it, we will certainly be prepared to undergo all kinds of sufferings, knowing fully that the goal will be achieved soon!
Same way when we build a house of our own, we will be prepared to do any kind of sacrifice so that when we move it, we will feel lot of joy and pride.
In all the above, the central point is the the joy which will be ours on achieving something which is so passionate to our heart. What ever problems and difficult situations we undergo before we achieve that, will turn out to be nothing when we consider the results that we aim at!!
SFI business is like that for me!!
Introducing somebody so capable, retaining people thus introduced, motivating them so that they can sustain and see results and remain in business are all tough situations which all of us undergo.
But the Training we are being provided by SFI & the encouragement we receive from our up line leaders and the support we get from SFI friends through Forum are all guiding factors to persevere continuously with SFI without ever even thinking of quitting!!
Finally, when we see results in terms of growth of our team members, recognition we get and the money as commission, etc are all factors that keep us advancing continuously.
I always remember, " to be successful in any field one has to do things differently " and problems exist as stepping stones for our growth!!!
