Leaders are not born. They are made. Through SFI, one can develop great leadership traits and learn leadership tactics and/or strategies. Not only are these leadership strategies applicable to SFI. No, you can apply them in other aspects of life. SFI has motivated me to be confident in myself to educate and lead others.
