Both techniques have its benefits.
According to me its all depends on the person you give that card.
How serious is he ?
I think IN PERSON technique is better than ONLINE as we can meet the person physically and explain the SFI things easily, which is not possible online.
In short OFFLINE distributing technique is more effective.
