2. Your SFI rank

3. Contact Information such as:

(a) Telephone Number (if any)
(b) Email ID

4. If you have your own domain that's even better. Set up a simple webpage on your own domain or use a file on your domain to create a subdomain.

5. SFI Logo with the caption, "Aiming High, Dreaming Big".
