So for me, your family and friends are the better persons to promote SFI as there is a saying that " Charity begins at home" and I believe in that. As for promoting SFI to stranger, there's nothing wrong with it, however it entails a lot of effort that you have to exert as a beginner to get their attention and the tendency of discouragement is sometimes insurmountable. Strenghten your foundation first, learn more about SFI and when the time is ripe and you are ready then, who are the straners?
