You can single out those who really need help by looking at their VP ledgers. If you mention their exact VPs on a particular day and advise them that they can increase their VPs by accomplishing their “to-do-list” items, etc., they will know that you have personalized your concern for them and they might respond to this kind of effort on your part.
You can even mention their last day of login to the SFI system. This will wake them up and surely know that someone is caring for their SFI success thru your monitoring efforts.
You can use any of SFI-provided communication tools for this purpose, i.e., CSA mailer system, team talk, etc.
