You can promote with friends, family and with strangers. My experience is that the known and the family was not successful. First you need to succeed and develop a business that they believe in your work and agreed to do it. Foreigners easier they will start to work without wondering about your story. With them is easier because you do not have to persuade them that this work is worth the effort, it will work, and family and friends will believe only when you succeed without them saying something
