I've found that most affiliates don't have a clue about how to use a safe list, list builders, or ad exchanges. So when you mention these methods, they really have little meaning to them because they are new to marketing online. For such affiliates, a video tutorial is needed to demonstrate how safe lists work as well as ad exchanges. Remember, new information doesn't sink in as fast as something that is familiar. It takes multiple exposures to the idea. It is easy to do when you know how but when you don't you need a video guide or step-by-step instructions. This is time consuming but well worth it when you have created EA2s in your organization 12 levels deep.
You need to regularly check on less experience affiliates, and be available for the more experienced affiliates when they need you. Simplicity is everything so keep all communication simple and straight to the point. Have a goal for each communication you send and always track for performance. Once you have successfully duplicated yourself then your SFI income picks up the momentum it needs to reach your financial goals.
