One of our success factor here at SFI is duplication, and duplication does not happen without communication. Nevertheless, not all kinds of communications can enhance duplication. There are certain quality of communication that would help duplication to happen.
1. The content of your communication is the most important. Good quality content can only come from what you yourself is doing and wanted to communicate. Without you doing what you want to duplicate is powerless when you try to communicate them to your affiliates.
There are three things that you should be doing and want to communicate to your affiliates.
a. Finding affiliates - Engage on any methods of finding affiliates and communicate your experiences to your affiliates. Tell them the techniques you use and the results.
b. Earning VP for rank - If possible set an SO and tell your affiliates its advantages. Tell them what are the best items for standing orders. Do log-in and earn those daily, weekly and monthly VP's. Join ask SC to earn some more points. Tell tel them your experience.
c. Duplication - share to them what do you do to ensure duplication. Discuss issues related to hindrances that an affiliates are facing. Again share your experience.
So the content of your communication must be real not just a copy and paste from SFI website.
2. Frequency and Timing - Do a general message at least once a week, but attend to those queries anytime it comes.
3. Focus - Always bring the communication back to what is important, the success factors. Always find the connection of what you are doing and communicating to the 3 success factors that you want to be duplicated by your affiliates.
