I personally send an email once a week to all my members giving them encouragement. I try to motivate them by telling them what I accomplished in that past week. Always be positive, sometimes with some tough love by telling those inactive PSA/CSA's that they will have to take action daily to succeed. When they see what I've done in the past week I explain to them that I am nobody special and if I can do it so can they. I also praise those that have been active in the past week. You can find this out by checking your genealogy report which shows you when your team members last logged into the system. I have purchased PSA's but none have done anything, but by word of mouth showing my excitement about the business of SFI I have gotten two active PSA's to join. So I would definitely say word of mouth communication is best. I hope this helps someone.
