I think while doing duplication it is better if you create a contest, so you can reward your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives.
This way you don't need to 'bribe' anyone, but you offer some help for your downline to be more excited in grow their SFI business.
You may keep yourself in the leading position and no one will come back then bite you.
