As a team leader, it is important to remind fellow affiliates that long-term goals are simply a goal to be achieved not today or tomorrow but to be achieved through the use of sustainable strategies that can be used over several months or even years.
Long term goals simply are a strategic target to be reached so there is no one answer that fits all affiliates. Some affiliates may wish to increase sales by 20 percent by the end of 2 years, other long term goal is to earn $10,000 per month. As you can see long term goals are generally defined to be aligned to the intention of what the affiliate has for joining SFI in the first place.
The choices are endless so be sure to spend a little time coaching or mentoring to assist fellow affiliates to design a long-term goal that fits who he or she is and what they hope to achieve by being a member of SFI.
