In my humble opinion, take courses or seminars to train new affiliates is not a good strategy, because it would only lead to a general confusion and when you find the portal leading SFI will have to start over. SFI provides comprehensive training to form a successful leader, and is equipped with all the necessary material. According to just follow me and encourage new affiliates with messages and tips, to make them feel secured. My advice does not want to be, but it's just a personal opinion.
